Job summary

BestInfo Systems is seeking experienced Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with clients and build, integrate, evaluate, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that solve real business challenges. This role is suited to hands‑on engineers who combine strong software development skills with practical Generative AI, agentic systems, cloud engineering, and client‑facing delivery experience.

You will design and deploy AI agents, implement RAG and tool integrations, and move solutions from proof

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting, including client‑facing delivery.
• Strong hands‑on Python skills, plus at least one additional language such as TypeScript, Java, or Go.
• Practical experience with LLM applications, Agentic AI, RAG, and tool/API integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated personal contribution to designing, coding, integrating, evaluating, and deploying working solutions.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and solution architecture skills.
• Production Generative AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business workflows, technical constraints, and desired outcomes.
• Design, code, integrate, evaluate, and deploy AI agents and enterprise LLM applications.
• Develop RAG solutions and integrate APIs, tools, and enterprise systems.
• Build reliable solutions and move them from proof of value toward production.
• Explain architecture choices and technical trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.
