Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking an AI Solutions Architect in The Woodlands, Texas.

This role bridges executive strategy and hands-on technical execution to shape the organization’s AI roadmap and deliver practical AI solutions that drive real business value. You will gather requirements from senior leaders, design and prototype AI applications using the Microsoft ecosystem, and work with governance and security teams to ensure compliant deployment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI or AI solutions.
• Hands-on development experience with AI solutions.
• Experience personally building AI applications or prototypes.
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience.
• Experience with Copilot and/or Claude.
• Exposure to Azure AI or Azure Foundry.
• Ability to gather requirements from business teams.
• Strong communication skills with executive and technical audiences.
• Comfort working independently as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to shape AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify business inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders directly.
• Design and build AI solutions and prototypes.
• Develop practical solutions using Microsoft AI tools.
• Support governance, compliance, and security practices.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and AI initiatives.
• Take ideas from concept to working product.
