Accenture is building a new portfolio of agentic software products and forming small, autonomous product teams. This AI-native software engineer role focuses on end-to-end development across the stack, integrating AI, and delivering production-ready systems.

You will design, implement, and ship AI-powered products, working with product managers and designers in a hybrid setup that requires onsite presence in Seattle, NY, or Mountain View.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–8 years of experience building and shipping production software.
• 3+ years of full-stack experience (frontend and backend).
• 3+ years of software engineering fundamentals: design, data modeling, APIs, cloud-native development, security, observability, and production operations.
• At least 1 year of substantive AI-native engineering experience (LLM APIs, coding agents, tool integrations or guardrails).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total; if Associate degree, 6 years).

Responsibilities

• Build and ship across the full stack, including architecture, data models, services, APIs, and user experiences.
• Design and implement AI-native systems with agentic capabilities and guardrails.
• Work in an AI-native engineering model using CI pipelines and evaluation systems.
• Set technical direction and balance speed with security, cost, and reliability.
• Own product and production outcomes with strong focus on reliability and customer value.
• Raise the engineering bar through rigorous technical reviews and shared standards.
