Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an AI & ML Software Engineer in Fort Collins, Colorado. This hybrid role requires working from an HPE office on average two days per week and focuses on building AI-powered software for large-scale computing systems.

Responsibilities include designing AI capabilities, deploying production-grade services, and collaborating across engineering, product, and customer teams to drive resilient, observable AI-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production systems experience.
• Experience with Go, Python, React or quick adaptation to similar tech.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems or observability platforms.
• Experience applying AI/ML/GenAI/LLMs to real-world products.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML capabilities for anomaly detection and forecasting.
• Develop production-quality software and services using Go, Python, React.
• Integrate AI solutions including ML models and LLM-powered workflows.
• Work across data engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring lifecycles.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, PMs, and customers to solve scale challenges.
