Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in governance, risk, or compliance; preferably financial services or insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate programs and execute deliverables independently.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Clear, concise written communication; drafting documents and executive-level materials.
• Working familiarity with AI governance concepts and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to shift between strategic coordination and ground execution.
• Comfort in a fast-moving program with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the AI review team and lifecycle workflow.
• Coordinate meeting logistics: agenda, pre-reads, briefing docs, follow-up.
• Serve as a liaison between governance functions to ensure clean handoffs.
• Track and report open actions, escalations, and milestones across the program.
• Prepare status updates and briefing materials for senior leadership and committees.
• Review governance documents (policies, procedures, standards, templates) and keep them current.
• Develop and maintain project plans; drive execution of the program roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Draft and execute governance communications, including notifications, training, and reference guides.
