Job summary

Global Technical Talent (GTT) is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer in Reston, VA. This contract role offers hybrid onsite flexibility (3 days in-office, 2 remote) with a 12-month duration.

The AI Engineer will design and deploy AI/ML solutions across engineering and construction workflows, using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch, and integrate with cloud platforms like Azure AI and Databricks. You will collaborate with data engineers, ensure governance, and drive innovation while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Engineering required.
• 8–12 years AI/ML development or 12–15 years without degree.
• Strong Python and ML framework experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps.
• Ability to lead small projects.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: design/build/implement AI/ML models for analytics and automation.
• Data Engineering & Integration: develop data pipelines and architectures; perform ETL and data prep.
• Deployment & Optimization: deploy models on cloud platforms; adopt MLOps practices.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: work with cross-functional teams; translate AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure security/ethics/compliance; maintain model documentation.
• Innovation & Continuous Learning: stay updated on AI tech and contribute to Center of Excellence initiatives.
