MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Digital Network Coordinator to support and oversee the company’s digital operations. You will monitor system performance, coordinate installations, troubleshoot network issues, and act as a liaison between technical and operations teams to ensure seamless digital campaign execution.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in digital operations, strong Excel and Salesforce experience, and an AI-native mindset to improve efficiency and communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital operations or a related field.
• Experience monitoring network performance and QA tasks.
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and ensure Salesforce fields are updated and performance standards met.
• Use AI to streamline checklists, summarize status, and draft escalations.
• Troubleshoot digital network issues with clear documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate across teams.
• Act as liaison between technical and operations teams.
• Create daily checklists to maintain QA across the digital network.
• Support digital operations during large projects and meet milestones.
• Participate in leadership check-ins to drive improvements.
