Georgia-Pacific is hiring an AI/BI Analyst to join the BI Reporting & Analytics Team. This role focuses on creating AI agents and automations while maintaining BI reporting across Qlik, Power BI, and Databricks.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-demand environment, communicates technical concepts to business stakeholders, and has 0-3 years of related experience. Hybrid role based at our Atlanta, GA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications
• 0-3 years of experience in business, IT, or data/analytics functions
• Experience with BI/reporting platforms (Qlik, Power BI) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and design new AI agents and workflows
• Build and maintain AI agents and automations using Databricks Genie Agents, Claude/Cowork, Cursor AI
• Partner with CPG business teams to implement and scale AI environment
• Maintain and support existing BI reporting and dashboards across Qlik, Power BI, Databricks
• Apply data modeling and governance concepts for clean, governed data foundations
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support analysis and reporting
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues with agents, automations, and BI tools
• Maintain technical documentation for agents and data pipelines
• Stay current on AI/BI tooling and capabilities
