Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in Kansas is seeking a Placement Client Coordinator for the Agribusiness team. The role involves supporting the placement process, performing data research, and assisting with underwriting-related tasks to ensure accurate submissions and efficient client service.

You will handle premium and loss documents in Excel, process notices, and issue endorsements while providing solid administrative support. A strong MS Office skill set and an eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of general business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have willingness to learn and use a wide array of software products.
• Minimum of 4 years of administrative/clerical experience with heavy Excel use.

Responsibilities

• Assist Placement team with data research and analysis as needed.
• Provide coverage/exposure analysis and recommendations.
• Provide underwriting support and review including submissions, bind requests, subjectivities, exposure verification.
• Prepare Premium & Loss documents in Excel.
• Process notices of cancellation, non-renewals, and reinstatements.
• Issue endorsements in rate/quote/issue system.
• Provide administrative support as directed by Ag Placement AVP.
