Job summary

Arohana Tech Solutions Private Limited is seeking an AI Engineer to join its Agentic AI Foundry on a hybrid, US-based role. The position focuses on designing, building, deploying, and integrating production-ready Agentic AI solutions.

The candidate will work on GenAI applications, LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent workflows, building scalable APIs and backend services in Python, and deploying in cloud environments with a startup mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering / application development background.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt/context engineering, and AI agents.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, or CI/CD.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI / GenAI applications and workflows.
• Build, deploy, and integrate AI agents into enterprise applications.
• Develop LLM, RAG, and multi-agent solutions.
• Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, applications, and APIs.
• Deploy and support AI solutions in cloud/production environments.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with minimal supervision.
