Job summary

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a My New School Coordinator in Atlanta to coordinate educational and enrichment programming for after-school and summer camp initiatives. You will work with youth, families, and schools to integrate best teaching practices and social-emotional learning.

Responsibilities include grant management, outcomes tracking, data reporting, and supervising volunteers and interns to ensure high-quality program delivery and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, counseling or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years teaching English Language Learners.
• Experience with refugee/immigrant populations desirable.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate after-school and summer camp programming with schools and sites.
• Recruit, retain, track attendance, and engage families.
• Maintain enrollment, attendance, and outcomes records.
• Lead monitoring and evaluation activities and reporting to funders.
• Supervise volunteers and interns supporting programs.
