WITHIN is the world's first Performance Branding company, partnering with major brands to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will balance client satisfaction with team success through strategic, data-driven decisions.

You will manage affiliate partners, pull performance reports, test commission structures, and optimize cross-channel attribution while collaborating with a growing team in a hybrid, dog-friendly office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
• Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of G-suite & Excel.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Experience training/coaching junior team members and building growing teams.
• Familiarity with various verticals (subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc).

Responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, develop, and nurture affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
• Pull weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance and present findings to clients.
• Craft strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
• Ensure efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for productivity.
• Handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
