AlixPartners is hiring a Business Intelligence Specialist to join the Global Aerospace and Defense practice. The role supports research, market intelligence, and business development with a focus on analytics, data sourcing, and executive-ready insights.

Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a global, fast-moving team. The position is full-time and located in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for finance-focused program.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with AI tools to support research and analysis, with willingness to develop these capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with Bloomberg or similar financial platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support AD&A Industry Team business development priorities.
• Anticipate and analyze impact of changing business/economic/industry issues on sector players.
• Support market, competitor intelligence and research across AD&A and other practices.
• Perform financial, situation and performance analyses using industry data sources.
• Contribute to proposals for new business opportunities with insights for executives.
• Leverage AI, data and analytics tools to improve research efficiency and insights.
• Collaborate with Global AD&A leadership and BIC to deliver high-quality research.
