Job summary

AlixPartners is hiring a Business Intelligence Specialist to join the Global AD&A Practice. You will support market and competitor intelligence, research, and business development across industries, collaborating with a global team in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires analytical mindset, curiosity, and strong communication in English; French/German are a plus. Hybrid work model with in-office and remote days, based in multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional experience preferred in research, analytics, strategy, business intelligence, consulting, or related field.
• Undergraduate degree with preference for a financial concentration.
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze company performance.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear insights.
• Experience using AI tools to support research and analysis.
• Proficient Excel, PowerPoint, and research database skills; SQL/visualization tools differentiate.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; French/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support AD&A Industry Team business development priorities.
• Anticipate and analyze impact of changing business, economic, legal, and industry issues.
• Support research, market and competitor intelligence, and business development activities across practices.
• Conduct financial, situation and performance analyses using best sources.
• Support development of insightful proposals for new opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication delivering high-quality research to the team.
• Leverage AI, data and analytics tools to improve research efficiency and insight development.
• Additional responsibilities as identified.
