Job summary

IMPOWER is seeking a Residential and Outpatient Therapist to deliver mental health and substance use counseling across two programs. This hybrid role combines in-person services for adolescents at The Grove in Winter Springs with outpatient therapy via telehealth.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing behavioral health or clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, or families preferred, especially in adolescent residential treatment, substance use disorders, and telehealth services.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, organizational and documentation skills.
• Reliable internet access and a private workspace that supports HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to residential and outpatient clients, in person at The Grove and through telehealth.
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment and safety plans, and monitor client progress.
• Maintain assigned residential and outpatient caseloads and meet productivity expectations based on program needs.
• Coordinate treatment, family involvement, discharge planning, and continuity of care with families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with IMPOWER, regulatory, and funding requirements.
• Participate in clinical supervision, treatment team meetings, and required training.
• Maintain compliance with applicable licensing, credentialing, confidentiality, and professional standards.
