Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of professional experience in finance/accounting, academic, student or education program support, or relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual application process for students, execute admissions processes in the database, and provide information on the admissions process to internal and external constituents.
• Support the Director of Admissions in interview day planning and execution.
• Provide executive assistance to the Program Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and annual PRiSM review.
• Handle sensitive personnel and financial issues with tact and discretion.
• Administer financial processes including purchase requisitions and travel for faculty; manage scholarships.
