Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service/sales experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must live within a 30-minute commute to Liberty University campus.
• Bachelor's degree and call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work first/second shift hours, rotating Saturdays, occasional overtime.

Responsabilités

• Effectively handling incoming and outgoing phone communication with prospective students using agent tools.
• Taking new applications for prospective students and promoting degree programs.
• Taking Enrollment Deposits from prospective students.
• Converting prospective students from application to admission decision.
• Guiding students through Financial Check-in to secure enrollment.
• Counseling students on enrollment steps up to matriculation, financial aid, and transfer guidelines.
• Promoting undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs and on-campus education benefits.
• Answering questions about admissions policies and procedures.
• Developing relationships with support offices to address student concerns.
• Assisting with on-campus recruitment events.
