Qualifications

• Associate degree required.

• Experience with database use and customer relationship management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews prospective student applications and supporting documents for completeness and eligibility.
• Interacts with prospective students via direct mail, telephone, and digital channels to provide guidance through the admissions process.
• Learns and adopts new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborates with the director and other counselors to review applicants and issue admissions offers.
• Supports recruitment campaigns, events, and yield activities to increase enrollment.
