Job summary

Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU) in Belmont, CA, is seeking an adjunct to teach in the School of Business and Management (SBM) undergraduate or graduate programs. The selected candidate will join SBM as part-time faculty, attending monthly meetings and teaching courses that can be in-person, online, or hybrid as contracted. Each course is a 3-unit, 8-week contract.

Minimum qualifications include an MBA or Ph.D. in a relevant business field.

Qualifications

• MBA or Ph.D. in a relevant business area from a regionally accredited university.
• Demonstrated experience teaching one or more business courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Experience teaching graduate business courses is desirable and supported by teaching evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or more SBM courses at undergraduate or graduate level in-person, online, or hybrid as contracted.
• Attend monthly SBM faculty meetings during engagement with NDNU.
• Engage in SBM administration, program development, recruitment, and mentoring when contracted.
