Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Commercial Property Pricing to provide traditional and technical pricing support across property products.

This hybrid role can be based in Warren, NJ; Boston; New York City; Stamford or Philadelphia offices. You will develop pricing tools, analyze profitability and trends, support annual planning, and contribute to pricing modernization while collaborating with underwriting, CAT modeling, IT, and other actuarial teams.

Qualifikationen

• Near-ACAS with strong property pricing experience.
• 5+ years actuarial experience in property pricing or related analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data.
• Experience with pricing tools, data analytics, and modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with catastrophe modelling concepts and property pricing.
• Proficiency with Excel and large datasets; Python/SQL/R preferred.
• Strong communication to explain concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop pricing tools and methodologies for Commercial Property products.
• Perform pricing, profitability, rate change, trend and portfolio analyses.
• Support annual planning activities and actuarial assumptions.
• Contribute to pricing modernization including model development and validation.
• Partner with underwriting, CAT modeling, IT and other teams to gather inputs.
• Improve governance and documentation of pricing processes.
• Support regulatory filings and ad hoc actuarial requests.
• Translate analyses into actionable business insights.
