Job summary

Aon invites intellectually curious rising college seniors to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program in the Actuarial business area. This 10-week paid internship offers exposure to Retirement Consulting, Health and Benefits, Risk Consulting and Reinsurance Actuarial projects across the United States.

You will work with experienced actuaries on real client projects, prepare analyses, and learn about professional development in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Rising seniors graduating between December 2027 - June 2028 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Have passed at least one actuarial exam, preferred
• Pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related

Responsibilities

• Assist actuarial teams across Retirement, Health & Benefits, Risk, and Reinsurance track projects.
• Support data collection, analyses, and client-ready documentation.
• Learn about Aon’s actuarial tools and processes through hands-on assignments.
