You'll process invoices, manage payments, assist with year-end tax reporting, and collaborate with offshore and investment teams. This hybrid role requires 2 days in office and offers a comprehensive benefits package and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and invoice workflow tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices with accurate coding and approvals.
• Prepare payments via ACH, wire, and checks with controls.
• Maintain AP aging and respond to AP inboxes for cash flow planning.
• Assist with employee expense reimbursements and T&E policy compliance.
• Maintain vendor master data including banking and tax documents.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual close with accruals and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with offshore team on AP activities for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with 1099 reporting and tax filing requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
