Job summary

Babilou Family US is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage invoicing, approvals, and payments across its US operations. The role requires accuracy, strong collaboration with the AP Lead, and ongoing support for month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business required.
• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills for updates to senior management.
• Proficient Excel with formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and check requests for accuracy, legitimacy, coding, supporting documentation and proper authorization.
• Enter invoices daily into Stampli and Microsoft Dynamics 365 AP module with proper cost center allocation.
• Process Amex CC documentation, approvals, tracking, and audit expenses.
• Assist AP Lead with monthly insurance invoices and open payables reports.
• Support weekly check/ACH runs, match invoices to checks, and distribute vendor payments.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support accruals and year-end audits with documentation and schedules.
• Maintain current W-9s and vendor data in Dynamics 365.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain vendor relations.
