Qualifications

• We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with finance experience or relevant education.
• Experience with ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting is preferred.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit cards, and internal expenses.
• Bookkeep across group companies using AIQ, Rapport3, and Concur.
• Support financial reporting and data reconciliation activities.
• Advise science teams on expense management and invoicing procedures.
• Identify improvements to financial and administrative systems.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
• Represent the Finance team professionally and reduce administrative burden.
