You will supervise staff, review compilation and review-level financial statements, and collaborate with tax, assurance and advisory teams to fully service clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting, CPA is preferred, and has at least four years in a CPA firm or tax practice, with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in a local or mid-sized CPA firm or tax practice.
• Experience with high-volume financial statements under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and advise on cost reduction and profitability.
