International Dairy Queen Inc. (IDQ) seeks an Accounting Specialist for our Bloomington, MN headquarters. The role supports billing, AR/AP, and month-end close using D365, Concur, and Esker, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The position offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to collaborate with franchisees and vendors across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting, AR/AP, billing, or related finance experience.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and ethics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for internal/external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; D365 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, process, and distribute franchisee invoices accurately and timely.
• Assist with month-end reporting from franchisees and suppliers.
• Apply customer payments and maintain account balances.
• Process vendor invoices and reconcile statements.
• Handle employee expense reports and company card transactions via Concur.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
