Job summary

Divert is seeking an accounting and SEC reporting leader to ensure integrity of financial information and timely SEC filings. The role is hybrid with in-office presence in Concord, MA three days per week.

The candidate will oversee the close process, drive footnote disclosures, and mentor a reporting team while partnering with auditors and management to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting with supervisory experience.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Strong SOX/internal controls and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external financial reporting, quarterly and annual filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulators on SEC disclosures.
• Ensure accuracy of journal entries, consolidations and note disclosures.
• Develop and enforce internal controls over financial reporting.
