H. T. PROF Group in Riverside, CA, is seeking an Accounting Manager for a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on client accounting including full charge bookkeeping, payroll, and KPI reporting for diverse clients.

You will oversee engagement teams, delegate to senior staff, and participate in business development while ensuring engagement scope and deadlines are met. Strong US GAAP knowledge and CPA status are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax basics (federal/state/local).
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagement teams to ensure adherence to scope.
• Maintain bank, vendor and payroll records for clients.
• Prepare monthly/period end packages under US GAAP or cash basis.
• Assist clients with budgets, forecasts, and projections.
• Build dashboards and KPI metrics for clients.
• Ensure timelines are met and clear client communication.
• Interact with clients regularly about engagements and supervise staff.
• Oversee billing to clients and manage accounts receivable.
