Job summary

INFRA, a cooperative of independent natural food retailers, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial close, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements across departments in a mission-driven organization.

You will mentor the Accounting Assistant, manage AR/AP for member accounts, and oversee compliance with GAAP while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual close to ensure timely reporting.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements per GAAP.
• Manage inventory accounting and costing for The Good Collective brand.
• Lead improvements to the financial close process for efficiency.
• Oversee AR & AP processes including collections.
• Billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for INFRA member accounts.
