TalentSource360 LLC seeks an experienced Restaurant Accounting Manager to lead a small team responsible for monthly close, consolidation, and financial reporting across multiple restaurant entities in the DC area. This hands-on leadership role ensures accuracy and timely reporting, collaborating with senior leadership, operators, and outside advisors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including 2+ years supervising staff.
• Direct experience in hospitality/restaurant operations and multi-entity consolidation.
• GAAP financial statement prep and intercompany accounting experience.
• Experience with hospitality-focused ERP and POS systems is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of staff and senior accountants; set priorities and review work.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, year-end close across multiple entities and locations.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and allocations in consolidation processes.
• Prepare consolidated and entity-level financials, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows.
• Produce hospitality KPIs and flash reports (prime cost, COGS, labor, RevPAR as applicable).
• Oversee daily sales reconciliations from POS to GL (credit card, delivery, gift card, cash).
• Oversee AP, inventory, COGS, payroll accruals, fixed assets, and pre-opening cost tracking.
• Coordinate with external CPAs on audits, reviews, and tax filings; manage tax compliance.
