This hybrid position in Central/Eastern Massachusetts requires 5–7 years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and CPA preferred. The base salary ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 with an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred and 5-7 years of related accounting experience.
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close process, financial reporting deadlines, and variance analysis.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
