• Review team progress and issues, providing guidance for timely delivery.
• Contribute to process improvement through project development and knowledge sharing.
• Build relationships and collaborate with local and cross‑organization teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to manage and influence outcomes.
• Facilitate consistent use of Agile methodology for delivering projects.
• Present results, risks and recommendations to Agile leadership and Global Finance.
• Coach and develop associates through leadership.
