Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5+ years of technical accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and ADP WFN.
• CPA license preferred.
• Ability to translate and present financial reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly close process; prepare journal entries, accrual schedules, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and subledgers, ensuring timely transactions.
• Assist with internal and external financial reporting and tie-outs of financial statements.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement variances; provide commentary.
• Assist with monthly and ad-hoc reporting for senior management.
