Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience performing professional-level accounting duties.
• Experience with remittance processing and calculating delinquent interest.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and review fiscal transactions related to tax revenues and refunds.
• Utilize Sage ACCPAC and FI$Cal to record transactions and generate reports.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain subsidiary ledgers.
• Identify past due accounts, prepare notices, and assist with collections.
• Coordinate with and assist taxpayers and other agencies on account inquiries.
