Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in corporate or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing and collections.
• Prepare customer invoices, monitor cash receipts, and resolve billing inquiries.
• Maintain vendor records, process payments, and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
• Support project-based accounting activities, including revenue tracking and billing.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Support financial reporting, accounting analysis, and year-end close.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and provide high levels of service to internal and external customers.
