Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant/Analyst in Fort Worth, TX for a hybrid/remote role with flexible in-office days. You will own full-cycle accounting for a division within a fast-growing environment, including monthly closes, journal entries, intercompany activity, and variance analysis.

The role requires a BS in Accounting/Finance and 1–3+ years in accounting with GAAP knowledge. Inventory experience is a plus, and unlimited PTO plus flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience with GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with inventory is a plus; strong Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and intercompany transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and support forecasting.
