Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience including fixed assets.
• Hands‑on experience with fixed assets, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes, including transaction review, reconciliation, and accruals.
• Support accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely billing and accurate cash application.
• Conduct general ledger reconciliations and analyze variances.

Skills

Proficiency with general ledger accounting systems

Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
