Job summary

Hibbert in Trenton, NJ is seeking an Account Planner/Customer Account Coordinator to manage client marketing programs from kickoff to delivery. The role requires coordinating with client contacts and internal teams to meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing production instructions, monitoring job status, communicating updates to clients and sales teams, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of programs/projects including job specs, status and estimates.
• Prepare and distribute accurate production instructions to expedite jobs.
• Coordinate with purchasing for supplies or services from outside vendors.
• Monitor progress and inform clients and team of status and developments.
• Review jobs for improvements including production methods and shipping/postal methods.
• Adhere to quality assurance procedures including jacket checking.
• Provide program status to clients and management as required.
• Transition responsibilities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and utilize quality control checklists.
• Cross-train within teams for backup coverage.
• Uphold Hibbert ACT values and comply with safety and privacy policies.
