Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Account Executive for our Construction practice, supporting Commercial Property & Casualty clients. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office and may be based on the East Coast or Central U.S.

The base salary range is $78,900 to $168,100, with opportunities for incentives and a comprehensive rewards package including benefits and retirement programs. You will evaluate risks, analyze financials, develop client solutions, and help drive growth and retention

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of commercial construction P&C experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• P&C license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverages required.
• CPCU, ARM or other insurance designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates risks, reviews loss experience, cash flow and financials, develops solutions, and makes client recommendations.
• Monitors retention and generates new business.
• Helps establish growth and retention strategy for the account team.
• Maintains relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, teams and producers to drive growth.
• Serves as a client contact for complex needs and improves the client experience.
• Acts as a thought leader and ensures compliance with standards.
