Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Account Executive to support our Commercial Property & Casualty clients within the Construction practice. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and may be based on the East Coast or Central U.S.

You will coordinate complex logistics and client projects, while communicating effectively to resolve issues and enhance client experiences. A strong background in construction P&C and licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days are required.

Responsibilities

• Uses risk expertise to evaluate risks, review loss experience and financials, develop solutions, and advise clients across product lines.

• Supports growth and retention strategy for the account team and oversees implementation.
• Ensures success of relationships with moderately complex clients and teams to provide high-quality service and drive growth.
• Serves as client contact for complex needs and questions to improve client experience.
• Acts as a thought leader and adheres to compliance and transparency standards.
