Job summary

Cheil North America is seeking an Account Executive to join the Account Services team in Plano. You will work with the agency account team and other managers to deliver operational excellence, manage client campaigns, and maintain strong client relationships across digital and traditional campaigns.

The role requires 1–2 years of client-facing advertising experience, a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of client-facing ad industry experience.
• Internship in related position or ad campaign development for competition.
• Digital marketing exposure including campaign creation, segmentation and performance analysis a plus.
• Knowledge of broadcast production a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the agency account team and other managers to drive operational excellence, speed to market, resource optimization and profitability.
• Assist on small- and large-scale creative campaigns and may take ownership with minimal oversight.
• Manage client objectives, expectations, timelines, and communicate effectively with clients and agency teams.
• Learn brand guidelines and understand business challenges to steward the brand.
• Assist with project management workflow, overseeing efficiency and quality of work.
• Prepare and assist senior team with client meetings, providing meeting notes and tracking briefs/edits.
• Be a resource for the team and look for opportunities to lead projects.
