Job summary

The Account Coordinator acts as a key communication conduit, supporting scheduling, information gathering, and routing work across departments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset—you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Teamwork is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard business tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Account Directors with day-to-day management of client accounts.
• Develop client relationships by understanding client needs and working styles.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, materials, and equipment.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and share clear summaries within 24 hours.
• Follow up on action items and keep tasks moving forward.
• Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.
• Support client reporting and communication as needed.
• Keep senior team members informed of challenges or delays.
• Prepare job starts and support kickoff meetings for projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to align schedules with client deadlines.
• Lead project updates and provide status information in meetings.
