The role focuses on data integrity, outcomes tracking, and student onboarding.

The position is hybrid, offering NYS benefits, and requires experience in higher education workforce development and data reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in education, higher ed admin, workforce development or related field.
• At least two years in higher education, workforce development, compliance or student services.
• Experience managing data collection, reporting and compliance processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential student and financial information.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate workforce program administration with compliance for short-term Pell-eligible programs.
• Lead data collection, validation and maintenance of post-completion outcomes.
• Develop systems to track participation, attendance and outcomes for reporting.
• Collaborate with APCI and Financial Aid for reports and audits.
• Support onboarding and intake for workforce students.
