Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years).
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of databases using query tools and applications.
• Experience with report writing tools such as PL/SQL Developer, Business Objects, or Tableau.
• Ability to adapt to changing and developing technologies.
• Basic understanding of FERPA and SEVIS.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Audit Registrar data and write SQL/reporting queries to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain reports; manage automated Infoburst reports.
• Support academic operations data needs and reporting across registration, scheduling, and transfer admissions.
• Maintain course data structures and assist with registrations and CLSS scheduling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and student success.
• Assist with Courseleaf product suite upgrades and monitor release notes.
