Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Zero to one year of student service or related experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or other student information systems may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising to facilitate students' successful and timely educational planning and degree completion.
• Manage a designated caseload of students through proactive outreach, support, and education.
• Maintain advising and enrollment records.
• Collaborate with faculty to assess advanced standing credit and degree audit exceptions.
• Support students through orientation, exploration, transfer, and graduation processes.
