Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in managed care operations and health care compliance.
• Experience with ACA products, audits, and risk management.
• Experience delivering compliance training on regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement ACA compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and oversee regulatory reporting.
• Provide ACA compliance training and staff education.
• Manage relationships with CMS, TDI and other regulators.
• Coordinate QHP certification, recertification, and renewals.
• Lead corrective action plans and risk assessments.
