Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and NC licensure or eligibility.
• Strong computer skills with Excel/PowerPoint and database tools preferred.
• Prior 340B program experience preferred.
• Willow/Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient-specific procurement workflows for cell and gene therapies and high-cost products.
• Partner with pediatric and adult clinical pharmacy teams on onboarding and treatment workflows.
• Validate orders, documentation, charge capture, and billing data to reduce errors.
• Organize daily tasks for Pharmacy 340B Specialists with the 340B Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure effective use of 340B TPAs and monitor file transfers and invoices.
• Perform audits and lead 340B program improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with 340B billing requirements per Medicaid/Medicare.
