KODA Technologies is seeking a HWIL Simulation Software Engineer in Huntsville, AL to join the Flight Software / GNC / Modeling and Simulation Integration team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining simulation software and supporting HWIL integration and testing in a classified environment.

Active DoW Secret Clearance is required. Qualifications include 5–10+ years in simulation software, proficiency with Linux, C++, MATLAB, and Python, and the ability to work independently with strong

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in HWIL or simulation software.
• Willing to work onsite in a classified area / lab environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining simulation software.
• Experience with Linux, C++, MATLAB, and/or Python.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve software configuration issues during integration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop simulation software.
• Integrate, verify, and validate subsystem truth models into a vehicle level simulation.
• Develop and integrate end to end test scripts for HWIL V&V.
• Collaborate with Navigation, Guidance & Control, Flight Software, and HWIL teams.
• Understand and operate the Hardware In the Loop Testbed, including configurations and tools.
• Maintain documentation and communicate status.
• Uphold rigorous standards and processes.
