Job summary

Yoh is seeking a TPM focused on Supply Chain to support HW programs with PCB-centric experience. The role requires hands-on purchasing and project management across PCBs, BOMs, and supply chain logistics, with a readiness to travel up to 10% as operations normalize.

This is a contract-like profile to bridge hardware programs in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will understand PCBA manufacturing and testing processes, and be capable of navigating supplier costs and Gerber file

Qualifications

• TPM with 3–5+ years of experience in purchasing and project management.
• HW initiatives/programs focus for TPM.
• Experience handling supply chain management for PCBs.
• Understanding testing processes and procedures; training possible.
• Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing and factory processes.
• Experience sourcing PCB components with a solid understanding of costs.
• Understanding Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Willingness to travel ~10% when normal operations resume.

TPM - Supply Chain

Looking Supply Chain PM, who has worked for a small to mid-sized company on a HW program. A lot of these folks will have been required to wear many hats which is what we are looking for. The specific backgrounds to target are

Required:

• TPM with 3-5+ years of experience involved in purchasing and project management.
• TPM Specifically focused on HW initiatives/programs.
• Has handled supply chain management focused on PCBs as part of their job.
• Technical enough to understand testing processes/procedures but a lot of this can be trained. The person at a minimum must be a tinkerer and understand how things work but HW TPM's will typically have a more thorough understanding of testing processes.
• Understand PCBA manufacturing to some degree. If they were at a PCB factory for a week, they should know what was happening in the factory.
• Experience sourcing components with a solid understanding of component costs regarding PCB's.
• Understands Bill of Materials (BOM's), etc.
• 10% travel when things go back to normal.

Pluses:

• Logistics/international logistics experience.
• Experience with gerber files and general testing/troubleshooting of common PCB issues.

Estimated Min Rate: $40.00

Estimated Max Rate: $60.00/hr. Depends on work experience.
