Qualifications

• Related experience and technical knowledge in electrical high‑voltage engineering.
• Experience with consulting engineering firms or direct exposure to OEMs.
• Knowledge of electrical design/studies and FAT/SAT commissioning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead HVDC related projects at various stages.
• Assist clients in technology selection.
• Lead technical and performance specification development.
• Assist in conceptual design studies and drawings.
• Liaise with vendors for Owners Engineering tasks.
• Witness testing and provide other support.
• Work with other project disciplines.
• Contribute to business development and bid preparation.
• Represent Jacobs at conferences like IEEE and CIGRE.
